"I was referred to Eric for a particular issue with my car - dropped it off 15 minutes past closing on Tuesday. They called me by noon on Wednesday, gave me a diagnosis and price and said it'd be done Thursday afternoon. Called me back 3 hours later and said "great news!" My car was already done and the price was $50 LESS than I was quoted. That NEVER happens.
Also, as a woman, it's par for the course to get talked down to when you take your car in - even if you know a lot about cars. Didn't happen here - I was treated with kindness and respect by both Eric and James. Would (and will) recommend these guys to anyone!
