Meet Eric Muir, he and his wife Jennifer are the Owners / Operators. Eric is also a FORMER Co-Owner of Brighton Auto Service, Inc, and is well-known in Brighton as the "Brighton Auto GURU" and "Go-To Guy" for almost 30 years now.
Eric is an ASE Certified Master Technician, has maintained his prestigious L1 Advanced Drivability Specialist & ASE Certified Master in Heavy Duty Truck certifications since 1984.
We have the knowledge, experience, all the latest technology and advanced diagnostic scan tools to handle all of your general maintenance to heavy repair needs.
And the best part is… We stand behind ALL of our repairs and services!

Meet Jennifer Muir, our Co-Owner // Business Manager at Brighton Auto Repair. She is the wife of Eric Muir, and has maintained her full-time position for 25 years at Citizens Insurance / Hanover Insurance in Howell, MI. Most of her career has been in Information Technology as a Small Commercial Business Analyst and Software Engineer. She is behind the scenes at Brighton Auto Repair filling in the gaps (doing all of the other stuff that needs to happen in order to run a successful business besides working in the front lobby and on cars). <wink> She loves projects and helping people, so making the decision in March 2015 to purchase this location with her husband Eric was a great fit for her. She is a big trucks and fast cars kind of girl. During her downtime, she loves hanging with family (including her grand-babies Ronan, Kira and Triton who you will see here and there throughout the pictures), friends, boat rides and bonfires. Let's ROCK, shall we!!

“Setting the high-bar for customer service!
Brighton Auto Repair is setting a new high mark for customer service in Brighton. The other day, my daughter had a headlight out on her Volvo, I changed the bulb, but that wasn't the problem. The fog was predicted to be bad again and I didn't want her driving with one headlight. They were swamped, but Heather worked us in and Eric took the time to trace the problem to a break in the wiring, well up in the loom. Problem fixed and for a very reasonable price! Not only are they the most talented technical professionals in Brighton, they show a level of customer care and sincerity rarely seen any more in automotive service. My thanks to the whole team!"
